WOW is this a brilliant idea. I'd love to take credit for it. I found it either on pinterest or Mr. Breakfast web site. Brilliant; bacon cemented in pancake batter. I remember the recipe said to make the batter a little thicker. I took that a little too serious....It could have been a little more runny than I made it. So the first batch is below and the second batch I decided to encase the bacon...the last one look like I was tucking the little itty bitty baby bacon in....ummm...yummie.
